The Authoritas Onboarding Process is split into 5 structured weeks which consist of training and Q&A sessions. There are a few simple tasks that need to be completed before each training session. These tasks are designed to help you understand all aspects of the platform so we can ensure that you are making the most of the features that can bring you the highest ROI.

Week 1: Introduction/Orientation Meeting (Online screen share)

The aim of this session is to answer any unanswered questions you may have, go through the structure of your training schedule and help get you started on the platform. This session will last approximately 1 hour.

Tasks to be completed before Training Session 1

  1. Complete Questionnaire 1 - so we can understand why you chose the platform and tailor the training sessions to your needs
  2. Watch the 7 introductory training videos, covering key areas of the platform

Tasks to be competed after Training Session 1

  1. Familiarise yourself with the help section (especially, the support section)
  2. Add a new site
  3. Add a new user
  4. Edit User Permission
  5. Edit Site Permissions
  6. Create a campaign
  7. Configure Google Analytics
  8. Configure Google Search Console
  9. Allocate Usage
  10. Complete the bulk site import spreadsheet and email it to your personal account manager
