Thursday – Ecommerce Emails – Content You Cannot Afford to Forget
Sarah is a coffee-fuelled ambivert, full-time cat mum and dedicated plant lover. Digital strategy and communications are a main focus for her as Head of Marketing and Communications @ Rezcomm, where she gets to build a strong brand for a niche B2B audience. As part of the team at Rezcomm Sarah also manages ecommerce projects in the airport and travel industry, oversees and helps implement B2C communications strategies and keeps the team organised and on-target. Sarah turned ‘digital’ at the beginning of 2017 and content marketing, SEO as well as email marketing are some of her favourite digital things. As host and organiser of Digital Exeter alongside Philippa Carnelly, Sarah is passionate about building community around ‘digital’ that is helping people to connect, share & create.
Maret is founder of Mobe Digital, an inbound marketing and SEO consultancy. She has a background as both an in-house marketer and at digital agencies.
Have a little sneak peek:
When done right, Email Marketing can offer a 4400% return, that’s £44 for each pound spent! But a lot of areas are overlooked, or not given the attention they deserve. Sarah and Maret will do a deep dive into ecommerce email marketing. From engaging audiences, to helping when a payment fails, from sharing the excitement of a purchase to asking for a review. All of these points of contact give brands the opportunity to authentically engage with their audience, get to know them better and tailor their communication to make sure the contacts in their database get the information they want, when they want it. So if you want to supercharge your ecommerce email marketing, come and join us on Thursday!
