We’ve rolled out the third update in just over two weeks today. This involves a few modifications to the new Monitored Keywords module, largely as a result of customer feedback.
The Return of your “Best Rank”
The first thing you’ll notice is that we’ve added the Best Rank data back in. These now show up as columns with five pointed gold stars:
As before, the ranking data in the table will now reflect the date you select in the drop-down menu (which we’ve now re-ordered to be a little more logical); however, we’ve made some changes to the logic behind the code, as we felt it was being a little fussy.
Now, if you selected “Whole Campaign”, it will show the rank at the beginning of the campaign and the current rank; and if the platform doesn’t have enough data (perhaps because you added the keyword in the middle of a campaign) to show the change from the start of the campaign to the current date, it will show a yellow triangle and if you hover over this, it will tell you the date range for which we have ranking data for that keyword:
A message in yellow will also dynamically appear above the table to confirm the date range the table is showing data for:
We’ve also renamed the labels in the date selector, so it now says “Weekly”, instead of “Last 7 days” and we’ve re-ordered so they make logical sense:
