We have had 69 Tea Time SEO this year, with 125 unique speakers and a 50:50 male/female split, sharing their brilliant tips. There has been 1,800 hours of Tea Time with 15,400 views. Thank you all for being part of the show.

This Tea Time we have four speakers who will all be sharing what has worked well for them in 2020 (in terms of marketing) and what they plan to do in 2021.

Alina has been very busy this year. She had her first baby just before lock down and has been looking after him as well as running her Podcast – SEO with Mrs Ghost. Alina is SEO Manager at Amara, a luxury interiors brand Worked for the likes of BBC, Tesco & Debenhams.

Mike has over 15 years in SEO and still obsessively scratching the surface. He is proud to be part of a company at the cutting edge #BlueArraySEO agency in Reading.

Maret is the founder of Mobe which was created with one goal in mind – to help businesses tell their story to the right audience, at an appropriate time, in a relevant way. She ensures her clients’ websites are in top shape from an SEO point of view and she also supports Email Marketing and CRM implementations (through HubSpot).

When Maret is not on the job, she can often be found trying out puns in either Dutch or English (and sometimes even German or French!).

Mark has over 15 years’ experience in the digital marketing industry, primarily acting at senior management and director level within 3 major UK digital marketing agencies. He has worked as a full-time affiliate, making and flipping websites, one of the first in the YouTube Partner Programme and built and sold SaaS tools for both SEO and social media.
He also been given the chance to present my ideas at digital conferences such BrightonSEO, Retra, TalkingTech as well as numerous universities and businesses around the country. Mark is also a Chartered Institute of Marketing Faculty speaker and designed one of the first iterations of their digital bootcamp.

Mark is the founder of Candour and his goal is to make Candour the best possible place to work. If he dowa this, he and the team can continue to attract amazing staff who will get great results for clients.

Passionate about helping sites take control of their SEO, he helps run local digital marketing events in Oxford including the Unboxed conference. A regular industry speaker, Charlie loves to share ideas on technical SEO, creative user experiences & getting websites seen by audiences hungry for their insight, products or services.

Barb Davids is joining us again on Tea Time SEO and this year since the lock down she has been busy working on her own course called Keyword Research + URL Mapping. It is a step-by-step course that shows you how to align keywords to your website. Learn what a keyword is, where to find the words your audience is using, and how to pick the right keywords for your small business website. It’s a critical part of the on-page SEO process as it helps search engines to understand page relevance for search intent. It also allows you to uncover new content ideas. Without a keyword URL map to guide your content efforts, you could unknowingly cause confusion for search engines to know which pages of your website to show the person searching.

Laurence O’Toole is the CEO and founder of Authoritas and has been actively involved in the SEO market since hiring his first SEO agency about 20 years’ ago.  He has the grey hair and scars to prove it.
