Everything is the same, we have not made any immediate changes. We will notify you when things do start to change and features start to come online – but for now its business as usual for Authoritas clients.
The integration of the two platforms will give our users access to more data and tools for the same price. However, this will take some time, so please do be patient; we will be working hard to deliver meaningful changes as soon as possible.
The only effect this will have to your data is that you will have access to more data as we start to integrate the two platforms.
The Linkdex platform does have features which differ to some on the Authoritas app (and vice versa). For the moment there are no new features, but as we begin to merge the two platforms new features should start to be added!
Neither platform will shut down. We will soon begin the process of integrating the Linkdex and Authoritas platform into one brand new and modern user interface but, we will keep you up to date through emails and our blog to let you know of the changes that will take place.
No, not at all, we are in the process of hiring highly skilled account managers to help manage the influx of queries expected. If anything, we aim to be providing even better support for you and your teams than ever before.
