So you’ve heard the news then?! Here is a few questions we think you might have. We also understand you probably have other questions we haven’t thought about so don’t hesitate to get in contact with us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Will the Linkdex platform still function as before?

Yes, we will continue to manage, develop and maintain it as before, with plans to eventually integrate the two platforms. We will notify you before we make any changes to the platform.

Will I still have access to my data?

The only effect this will have to your data is that you will have access to more data as we start to integrate the two platforms.

Will I get access to the Authoritas platform as well as the Linkdex platform?

The platforms will remain separate for the foreseeable future with plans to integrate them into one core platform that combines the strengths and longer-term best features from each platform. Your new account manager will work with you to introduce you to new features within the Authoritas platform that you might find useful. The features you have access to will be customised based on your current Linkdex package.

Will my account manager change?

Yes, it is likely that your Account Manager will change. Don’t worry, we have a growing team of English and French account managers to help answer any and all of your questions.

What support will we receive from you?

We will support you through this transaction any way we can to make it as seamless as possible. Our new account managers are familiar with the Linkdex platform which means that we will be able to support you with all the SEO platform questions you will have.

Who is my new account manager and how do I contact them?

Your new account manager contacts are found in the email sent out to all current customers and at the bottom of this page. If you have any queries then send us an email at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Will my pricing package change?

Your existing pricing package will remain the same as it was before. In that we are planning to deliver more value for you as we get to know you and your needs better.

Will my billing change?

Your next scheduled invoice (from the 1st of July 2018 onwards) will be sent from AnalyticsSEO (t/a Authoritas). Please do notify your accounting team so they are aware of the changes.

How has my contract changed?

Your contract has not changed it has been assigned by Linkdex Ltd. or Linkdex LLC to AnalyticsSEO Ltd. (t/a Authoritas). Future contracts will be signed with Authoritas instead of Linkdex, your package and pricing will remain the same.

What about GDPR?

As of May the 25th of 2018 the new EU regulations came out which affects the way we store and use your data. We have already updated our privacy policy on the Authoritas website. It also means that if you’re currently a customer of Linkdex you have automatically been opted into receiving Marketing communications from us. If you would like to opt out then send us an email or click the unsubscribe button in any email from us.
